Starter:

Air-dried ham on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds

Main Course: Veal Fillet

Veal fillet with jus and béarnaise.

Served with fried potatoes, seasonal salad, cheese-filled mini pepper, and oven-baked carrot.

Chicken

Starter:

Air-dried ham on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds

Main Course: Chicken Fillet

Fried chicken fillet with jus and béarnaise.

Served with fried potatoes & arancini, seasonal salad, cheese-filled mini pepper, and oven-baked carrot.

Vegetarian/Vegan

Starter:

Oven-baked beets on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds.

(Vegan option served with vegan aioli instead of cheese cream and without parmesan)

Main Course: Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Book when you book your trip.

If the kids don’t want the buffet, they can choose one of these dishes in a child-sized portion.
For children aged 4–12, food is included in the ticket price. For ages 0–3, there’s no ticket, but food costs 50 SEK if they eat.
