For those who don’t eat seafood. Choose one dish. A starter is included with all alternative meals. Must be pre-booked at least five days before departure.

Starter:

Air-dried ham on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds

Main Course: Veal Fillet

Veal fillet with jus and béarnaise.

Served with fried potatoes, seasonal salad, cheese-filled mini pepper, and oven-baked carrot.

Chicken

Starter:

Air-dried ham on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds

Main Course: Chicken Fillet

Fried chicken fillet with jus and béarnaise.

Oven-baked beets on a bed of arugula and parmesan cream. Topped with root vegetable chips and sunflower seeds.

(Vegan option served with vegan aioli instead of cheese cream and without parmesan)

Main Course: Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage rolls with mushroom sauce and stirred lingonberries.

If kids don’t want the buffet, they can choose one of these dishes in a child-sized portion.
For children aged 4–12, food is included in the ticket price. For ages 0–3, no ticket is needed, but food is 50 SEK if they eat.
