Booking / Guest Service

We’re looking for a positive and committed colleague to join our booking office. This role involves customer service, booking, and administration, with plenty of guest interaction via phone and email – so you should enjoy providing excellent and personal service.

About the Position

As a booking agent, you’ll play a key role in guest communications. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling bookings and inquiries
  • Customer service via phone and email
  • Administrative tasks related to the booking system
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

60% position, immediate start – September. Salary by agreement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • You enjoy customer interaction and have a service-oriented mindset
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Fortnox is a plus
  • Bonus points for invoicing/accounting knowledge
  • Solution-oriented and enjoy working in teams

Ordinary Seaman (Lättmatros)

Are you a reliable and enthusiastic deckhand with a genuine interest in maritime life? If you'd like to work aboard our renowned ships and help create unforgettable experiences in the beautiful Gothenburg archipelago, this could be the job for you.

About the Position

As a deckhand, you’ll be part of a dynamic onboard team on M/S Trubaduren and M/S Medvind. Tasks include:

  • Daily onboard duties
  • Maintenance of ship equipment
  • Collaborating to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for crew and passengers
  • Frequent guest interaction and teamwork with the rest of the crew

Full-time (100%), May – October. Salary by agreement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ordinary Seaman Certificate is required
  • Driver’s license is a plus
  • Strong interest in maritime work and a team-oriented mindset
  • Able to work in a safety-focused, collaborative environment

Cold Station Chef / Cook

Are you creative and detail-oriented with a passion for food and service?
Would you like to work aboard our ships and help create amazing culinary experiences in the Gothenburg archipelago? This might be your next adventure!

About the Position

As a chef/cold station chef, you’ll be part of our kitchen team aboard M/S Trubaduren and M/S Medvind. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking appetizers, main courses, desserts, and buffets
  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety according to regulations
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to create great guest experiences

Hourly/on-call basis, May – September. Salary by agreement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in similar kitchen or hotel roles
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and ingredient handling
  • Creative with an eye for detail and presentation
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well
  • Relevant training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus
